1. About the service
Sparbörsen is a cashback service that gives you money back when you shop with our partner stores via links on sparborsen.se. The service is free to use. The contracting party is Mosel AS (org. no. 937 308 809), Bergen, Norway.
2. Registration
To use the service you need an account. You must be at least 18 years old. You log in with email or with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what is done from your account.
3. How cashback works
- Cashback is earned when you click an affiliate link via Sparbörsen and complete a purchase that the store approves.
- The cashback rate varies between partner stores and may change without notice. The rate shown when you click through is the one that applies to the purchase.
- It can take as long as 90 days before the store confirms a purchase.
- Returns, cancellations and purchases you withdraw from earn no cashback. If you exercise your right of withdrawal with the store, the associated cashback lapses.
- Cashback is calculated from Sparbörsen's share of the commission from the partner and is stated in Swedish kronor (SEK).
4. Payout
Earned and approved cashback can be withdrawn once the balance is at least 100 kr. Payment is made via a payment link from Revolut that you open and fill in yourself, so we do not collect your account number. The link is sent to the email address connected to your account.
5. Limitations
- Ad blockers and cookie blocking can prevent tracking, in which case no cashback is registered.
- Cashback cannot be guaranteed: it depends on the partner approving the purchase.
- Misuse of the service (fabricated purchases, accounts in someone else's name) leads to suspension and to unpaid cashback being withdrawn.
6. Limitation of liability
Sparbörsen mediates the contact between you and the stores. We sell no goods and are not responsible for products, deliveries, complaints or disputes with the stores: the store is your counterparty in the purchase. Cashback amounts shown before a purchase is confirmed are estimates and may differ from the final payout.
7. Changes
We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email or in the service. If you continue to use the service after a change has taken effect, that means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you may close your account free of charge.
8. Sparbörsen for Business
Sparbörsen for Business, the subscription for stores and service providers, is not yet offered in Sweden. Sections 1 to 7 therefore apply to the consumer service. If you run a store and want to work with us, that happens via the affiliate networks, see for partners. When the business subscription launches in Sweden, separate terms apply, which you accept on registration.
9. Right of withdrawal and complaints
Sparbörsen is free for you as a consumer: you buy nothing from us, so there is nothing to withdraw from in relation to us. The right of withdrawal concerns the purchase you make with the store: under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen) you normally have a 14 day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, counted from the day you received the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised against the store, not against us. If the purchase is withdrawn or returned, the cashback that purchase gave lapses.
If you are dissatisfied with how we have handled your case, please contact us first at hej@sparborsen.se. If we do not reach agreement, you may turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, arn.se), which examines consumer disputes free of charge. General consumer guidance is available from Hallå konsument, which is run by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket, konsumentverket.se). Since we are established in Norway, you may also get help from ECC Sweden (Konsument Europa), which gives guidance on cross border purchases within the EU/EEA. We take part in ARN's examination and follow the board's recommendations.
10. Applicable law and dispute resolution
The agreement is entered into with Mosel AS in Norway. Swedish law applies to the extent that mandatory Swedish consumer protection rules require it; otherwise Norwegian law applies. As a consumer resident in Sweden you never lose the protection that follows from mandatory Swedish rules. You may always bring proceedings against us before a court where you live in Sweden, or, should you prefer, before Bergen District Court (Bergen tingrett), and we may bring proceedings against you only before a Swedish court. For disputes that do not concern a consumer, Bergen District Court is the proper venue.
